We took the 105 and 85 gauges from our Dual Dynamic Hybrid Nickel Wound Bass Strings, which feature a nickel outer layer and an inner steel layer for tight definition across the lower register. To keep the higher register thick and round, we used the 65 and 45 strings our Standard Nickel Wound Bass line. The resulting set offers definition, edge, and a fat bottom no matter where you land.
