All instruments of the ESP E-II series (formerly called the “ESP Standard”) are created at the ESP factory in Tokyo, Japan, and are designed for professional guitarists who do not accept compromises in sound, feeling or reliability for their guitars or basses. The SV series, which is used, for example, by Alexi Layho from Children of Bodom and Kai Hansen from Gamma Ray, combines an aggressive appearance and no less aggressive sound, as well as convenience and reliability. The choice of wood tells us about speed - this is an alder case and a through neck of maple with an ebony lining. Thanks to this choice of wood species, the guitar is very responsive, with a bright and shooting attack, and the end-to-end neck provides the instrument with excellent sustain. Of course, this is complemented by upscale fittings (Gotoh pegs, Floyd Rose Original bridge, Schaller strelopki), as well as a classic of heavy music - a pair of EMG 81 pickups, both powerful and responsive. The guitar comes in black with two contour lines that emphasize the shape and add sharp angles. Corporate case ESP included. |
