Palisono is very closely related to Meisterklasse in terms of uncompromising sound quality and craftsmanship. However, all sound bars in the Palisono-Series are made from a special, fiberglass-reinforced matrerial called Palisono, which was developed by SONOR in conjunction with a specialized company.
Compared to wood, it offers the major advantage of being insusceptible to humidity and temperature changes, allowing for an uncompromised tuning in all weather conditions. Apart from that, Palisono is made to the same rigorous standards using the same high-quality materials as Meisterklasse.
The difference between the Metallophone KS 40 L chime bars and the Xylophone KS 40 PO chime bars lies in the sound duration and timbre. KS 40 L sound long and warm, KS 40 PO sound short and concise.
